Research on the Negative Carbonization Transformation Path and Evaluation System of Low-Carbon Parks in China
摘要
The promotion of low-carbon development in industrial parks across China plays a crucial role in achieving the nation’s “dual carbon” goals. Negative carbon transformation has emerged as a key strategy for advancing low-carbon development. However, the evaluation of the current stage of negative carbon development and the identification of its distinct characteristics remain insufficiently studied. This study addresses this gap by constructing a multidimensional evaluation index system and applying cluster analysis to systematically examine the transformation pathways of negative carbon development across China’s provincial regions. The objective is to reveal the differentiated development patterns among regions in terms of technological innovation, institutional reform, and industrial collaboration. The findings provide both a theoretical basis and practical guidance for designing region-specific policies that promote coordinated emission reduction.
