Lightweight Design and Topology Optimization of the Truss Structure for a New-Type Anchor Drilling Rig
摘要
To address the challenges of heavy weight and transportation difficulties of traditional anchor drilling rigs in mountainous terrains, this paper proposes a lightweight and modular design for a new-type anchor drilling rig. Through modular design, the equipment is divided into three functional modules: the truss module, drilling arm module, and compressed air power module, enhancing assembly and disassembly efficiency. Static analysis of the truss structure was conducted using ANSYS Workbench, simulating stress distribution under varying slope conditions, and confirming that the structural strength meets design requirements. Further topology optimization achieved a 16.09% reduction in the mass of individual rectangular tubes while maintaining structural integrity. Comparative analysis of static performance before and after optimization was performed. The study provides efficient and reliable technical support for mechanized construction of anchor drilling rigs in mountainous areas.
