Migrating in Warfare

The Anti-Japanese War spread to us in Hangzhou by 1937. So, on the 13th of November, the School announced that due to an order from the provincial educational department, the School would move to Wushu at Zhuji. Students who wanted their luggage moved together should send their luggage to the office of General Affairs by 2 pm, and the school would arrange to move all the belongings. Students were supposed to gather at Nanxing bridge wharf to traverse the river by boat. This emergency had turned our art school into chaos.
