“Here + There” Exhibition at the National Art Museum of China

A hint of autumn color filtered into the northern corner of the painting studio, evoking boundless feelings of departure. As the lights flickered and the surroundings merged with me, I picked up my brush and began painting. It took less than 2 h to complete this small still life titled “Lonely Courtyard with Dew-drenched Flowers.”
