The Great Victory of Anti-Japanese War

On the 6th August, 1945, the first atomic bomb was dropped on Hiroshima, Japan. Followed by the second one on the 9th of August, after which the Soviet Union initiated the counter-attack in North Korea. The Japanese Government officially declared defeat via radio on the 10th of August. Every Chinese person was thrilled to the point of being sleepless. People celebrated everywhere with firecrackers. I too was excited, and went onto the street to cheer for the great victory of the Chinese Government and Mr. Chiang Kai-shek. Finally, after 8 years of fighting, we were saved from this national ordeal.
