Disturbance in Santai Girls High School

During WWII, Santai was an important town far away from the frontline. Even the American Vice President, Henry Wallace, came to visit there and was impressed by the local sauce industry. The National Northeastern University was about to move to Santai and be located only one street away from our high school. This greatly solved our problem of finding experienced teachers. Our famous writer, Yao Xueyin, from the National Northeastern University was appointed as head teacher for second and third-year students, while I took care of the first-year students.
