In this paper, the fault site of a SF6 high voltage casing which has been in operation for less than 4 months is examined and analyzed in detail. By tracing the cause, starting point, development process and fault trace of the fault, starting with the fault record analysis, casing inspection and analysis, the defect analysis of the porcelain sleeve is carried out. The results show that the discharge fault is caused by the rapid leakage of SF6 gas after the casing burst in operation. Furthermore, it is concluded that the external force damage of the sf6 casing is the root cause of the discharge fault of the casing.

摘要
