To address hardware decentralization, data silos, and application fragmentation in the intelligent construction of offshore oil and gas production facilities, this study proposes a super-integrated intelligent architecture based on Central Control System (CCS) + Data Integration Center (ICS), and designs a data integration center solution for the industrial IoT platform. Through the establishment of a full-stack technical framework encompassing hardware integration, data integration, application integration, network security, and data lake ingestion, an efficient, secure, and intelligent collaborative data management system for offshore platforms is realized. Research findings demonstrate that the ICS system achieves deep integration between central control and intelligent systems, resolves the “continuous additive dilemma”, and significantly enhances integration levels, security, and collaborative efficiency.
