With the rapid advancement of information technology, emerging application scenarios such as smart low-altitude systems, the Internet of Things (IoT)Internet of things, autonomous driving, augmented reality (AR)Augmented reality, and virtual reality (VR)Virtual reality are continuously evolving, thereby placing increasing demands on traditional communication systems. Integrated communication and sensing (ISAC)Integrated sensing and communication technology facilitates the joint operation of communication and sensing on a single platform, significantly enhancing system performance. The integration of full-duplex (FD)Full-duplex technology further boosts communication capacity and mitigates challenges such as sensing blind spots inherent in half-duplex systems. Consequently, the deep integration of communication and sensing—particularly full-duplex integrated sensing and communication (FD-ISAC) technology—has become a primary focus and breakthrough in current research.
