With Reference to Israel’s Practice in Technology Transfer: Enhancing Technology Innovation Resilience Along the Belt and Road Countries

This paper explores Israel’s breakthrough path in technology transfer under multiple challenges, including resource scarcity and geopolitical pressures. Focusing on two case studies of Yeda and Yissum, two major technology transfer offices, it systematically analyzes the resilient growth mechanisms of technology transfer systems under extreme conditions. Additionally, the study analyzes China’s resilient performance in technology transfer under severe challenges, and delves into Israel’s technology transfer model of “innovation driven by survival crises”. The research aims to provide insights for the design of technology transfer system in China and countries along the Belt and Road Initiative, contributing to the establishment of a resilient technological innovation ecosystem.
