In the context of globalization and rapid development of digital economy, cross-regional economic cooperation has become an important means to promote the optimal allocation of resources and enhance regional competitiveness. Cross-border e-commerce, by building an open, three-dimensional and multi-dimensional multilateral trade model, has a certain significance in optimizing global regional resource allocation in promoting trade globalization and economic integration, and has become an important factor in stabilizing foreign trade growth. The current inter-regional information sharing mechanism still suffers from data silos, insufficient privacy protection, and inefficient sharing, which restricts the potential for synergistic economic development. This paper focuses on the information sharing mechanism in cross-regional economic cooperation, analyzes the shortcomings of the existing model, and explores optimization algorithms based on blockchain, big data analysis, and privacy protection technologies. With the help of decentralized data management, intelligent matching algorithms and secure sharing mechanisms, it can effectively improve the efficiency of information flow, reduce the cost of cooperation, and enhance the inter-regional collaborative innovation capacity. The research in this paper can provide theoretical support and practical reference for the government and enterprises in building an efficient and secure information sharing platform.
