The purpose of this study is to cluster Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on the intensity of use of various digital platforms, namely Social Media, E-Ccommerce, Digital Wallets, and Sharing Economy, taking into account demographic characteristics such as education level and length of business, the use of accounting information systems and the performance achieved for each cluster of digital platform users. This study used a questionnaire to collect data, and the respondents of this study were MSMEs managers or actors. Data analysis used the K-Means method, especially with 2 analyses, namely Gower Distance and Hierarchical Clustering. This study found that most of the samples in this study have been operating at a medium level or 4–6 years, with the level of formal education of managers also at a medium level. The level of formal education is closely related to the intensity of digital platform use for business management. The higher the level of education of MSME managers, the more intensive the use of digital platforms, and vice versa. The length of business does not determine the intensity of digital platform use. All clusters of platform digital shows that the accounting records commonly used to support digital platform-based business management are Cash Books, Sales Books, Accounts Receivable Books, and Cost Records. E-Commerce and Digital Wallet users have prepared financial reports regularly. MSMEs that have used digital platforms are mostly able to increase sales, followed by increased profits, and also being able to carry out general cost efficiency.
