This chapter presents the findings and data analysis from the quantitative survey results. In total 397 K–12 EFL Vietnamese teacher respondents were invited to complete the questionnaire composed of five parts, including (1) teachers’ background, (2) teachers’ understanding of ICT-related policies on ELT, (3) teachers’ experiences of previous ICT-related training in ELT programs, (4) teachers’ applications and levels of ICT skills in ELT, and (5) teachers’ needs for professional training and development. With the descriptive analysis methods, the data from the survey provides main factors that are related to developing a context-based framework for training in-service Vietnamese EFL teacher. The findings were displayed and analysed as shown in the following sections.
