We study how decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) evolve in an AI education developer community. We propose a four-stage evolution path, a “5D + O” governance principle set, and a 70-20-10 resource structure. We combine case evidence, qualitative interviews, and social network analysis. We show that decentralized screening, transparent voting, and contribution based allocation help early incubation, risk dispersion, and fast coordination. We also highlight the role of community education onboarding, capability building, and norm internalization in sustaining governance at each stage. We discuss limits and future research.

摘要

We study how decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) evolve in an AI education developer community. We propose a four-stage evolution path, a “5D + O” governance principle set, and a 70-20-10 resource structure. We combine case evidence, qualitative interviews, and social network analysis. We show that decentralized screening, transparent voting, and contribution based allocation help early incubation, risk dispersion, and fast coordination. We also highlight the role of community education onboarding, capability building, and norm internalization in sustaining governance at each stage. We discuss limits and future research.
