This paper summarizes the author’s recently completed work on the description of Multi-Degree-of Freedom (Multi-DoF) oscillations with rotating vectors. Each oscillating model is translational and consists of masses, springs, and dampers with linear characteristics, excited on the first main mass. First of all, the 1-DoF and 2-DoF vibrations are introduced as a basis, thereafter, these are extended to Multi-DoF systems, where the first mass is excited harmoniously, and n-1 masses are attached to it, first in parallel, then in series. At the end, an example is shown: a description of a mixed 5-DoF oscillating system, where the first mass is excited, and two serially connected 2-DoF oscillating systems are attached to it in parallel.

摘要
