Cardiac Evaluation of Children Born to Mothers with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE)
摘要
Neonatal lupus erythematosus (NLE) is a rare disease seen in 1–2% of neonates with autoantibodies to SSA/Ro, SSB/La, and/or U1-RNP (U1-ribonucleoprotein); these antibodies transfer passively across the placenta from the mother who is either asymptomatic or having features of Sjogren’s syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), or other systemic rheumatic disease.
