Management of Patients with Ebstein’s Anomaly
摘要
Ebstein’s anomaly (EA) is a disease that affects primarily the tricuspid valve (TV) with variable associated abnormalities. The TV leaflets are formed by process of delamination of the inner layers of the inlet portion of the right ventricle (RV). When this process fails, it ends up with variable degrees of an abnormally formed TV, which constitutes basically the main abnormality of EA.
