摘要

Patients with congenital heart disease (CHD) will most likely undergo a diagnostic or an interventional cardiac catheter procedure during their lifespan to optimize their therapeutic management. This can either be performed in a day care setting or during a hospital admission. Hospital policies, however, may differ according to the Local Safety Standards of Invasive Procedures (LocSSip).
