This chapter focuses on the “Zhengxin’ou” in the context of national strategy. It begins by discussing the distinctive feature of the freight train coming from behind and later taking the lead. It then delves into the train’s characteristic of establishing an integrated platform for “transportation and trade.” Subsequently, it explores how Zhengzhou, leveraging its geographical location and transportation advantages, organized a business development model primarily focused on modern logistics in anticipation of the BRI. Finally, it discusses how Zhengzhou, under the framework of the BRI, organized modern logistics around the China-Europe freight train.
