This strategic shift has been marked by an intensification of both political and economic ties, with Israel increasingly seeking to integrate itself into the “new scramble for Africa.” The chapter aims to analyze the key elements of Israel’s African strategy, its motivations, and the evolving dynamics in the aftermath of shifting global and regional circumstances.
