Comparison Between Capitalist Parliamentary Systems and Socialist People’s Representative Systems
摘要
Without any doubt, the most basic stance and starting point of this book is based on the assumption that both the capitalist parliamentary system and the socialist people’s representative system belong to the same category of the representative system, both of which are the specific manifestations of it. Just for this reason, this book, from the very beginning, takes the capitalist parliamentary system and the socialist people’s representative system as the corresponding reference systems for each other in order to draw some basic conclusions on the basis of analysis and comparison. However, if we compare the capitalist parliamentary system with the socialist people’s representative system in terms of their organizational structures and functional effects, in particular some issues involved in the interrelationship between the two systems in general, we find that some problems have remained unsolved. And this chapter is an attempt to address these problems.
