In this chapter we see the functional interaction between questions and replies at work when issues raised during question time find their way into the collective and individual judicial reasoning. The presentation of facts by the judicial actors deserves attention before turning to decreasing circles of judicial ‘engagement’: abstention from engagement, influential engagement, and co-decisive engagement.
