Summary and Final Conclusions

  • Aleksandra Nieprzecka

摘要

This chapter briefly summarises the remarks presented in the whole book. It shows in which spheres the approach presented in the previous chapters differs from the prevailing practice of the ICC and how some new paths of interpretation (in terms of the notion of control over the crime, incitement or command responsibility) might influence the future practice of the ICC. This chapter recalls also the main proposals formulated in the previous chapters which may provide some guidance to the national legislators and international community as such.
