Imaging Theory of DPC-STEM
摘要
Since an experimental study of atomic resolution DPC-STEM by Shibata et al. (2012), real space imaging of electrostatic and magnetic fields inside crystals attracts interest of materials scientists. In this appendix, we study two kinds of imaging theories of DPC-STEM.
