Solution-Processed Organic LEDs and Perovskite LEDs

摘要

Recent progresses on materials and device structures for solution-processed organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs) and perovskite light-emitting devices (perovskite LEDs) are discussed. Solution processable several materials such as fluorescent oligomer, phosphorescent dendrimer, lithium complex, zinc oxide, and polyvinylpyridine are designed and synthesized for achieving multilayer structure. The successful fabrication of solution-processed white phosphorescent OLEDs and tandem OLEDs will pave the way toward printable, low-cost, and large-area solid-state lighting application. Moreover, we discussed the recent research trends in perovskite LEDs. Herein, we proposed a strategy for fabricating efficient perovskite QD-LEDs and lead-free perovskite materials.
