Self-Diagnosis and Reflection
摘要
This chapter presents methods for self-analysis that enable the early identification of problematic consumption patterns. Checklists and reflection questions help to examine personal purchasing motives and to determine whether excessive consumption may be compensating for emotional or social deficits. In addition, the chapter explores which psychological and societal factors influence consumer decisions. The chapter invites the reader to critically reflect on their previous purchasing habits and to take initial steps toward more conscious decision-making.
