In the student software engineering lab at the Competence Center for Agile IT Processes (KAP) of the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University Lörrach, each student cohort (referred to as a course) conducts a software project together as a team. In this context, questions regarding agile project practices and their success in real-world application are addressed. This allows agile process models and their practices, as described in the literature, to be put to the test.
