This chapter applies an established marketing tool used to assess the opportunities, risks, weaknesses, and strengths of a project, both in terms of one’s own personality and dietary change: the SWOT analysis. Readers are required to take initiative and actively analyze both themselves and their intended new eating habits for weight loss using the SWOT method. This demands reflection, self-examination, and a thoroughly honest look within oneself. Afterwards, readers will be able to assess their planned “weight loss” project even better and more clearly—and will have a concrete idea of the path they wish to take.
