All Diets Work the Same—But Some Work More Equally

In the first chapter of the book, common diet myths are debunked based on numerous current scientific studies. It is also explained that all diets—regardless of what they are called, which celebrities “hype” them, or how new they are—are based on one and the same universal principle of action. In fact, all new weight loss trends are essentially just the notorious “old wine in new bottles.” The fact is: there are no better diets, and most have been proven to be ineffective in the long term.
