Through a comprehensive study of generational differences in employer attractiveness, this research seeks to answer whether generation-specific measures in human resource management are meaningful. To this end, 1133 members of all four generations represented in the German labor market were surveyed. This chapter presents the methodology of the study by describing the data collection, sample composition, and statistical analysis strategy.
