To meet all demands and concerns in auditory training, a basic concept is needed that can be flexibly adapted to patient needs in individual cases. This chapter describes for the first time and in detail the content design of therapy after a CI implantation, to give therapists guidance for therapy planning. The systematic therapy structure and its contents, explicit aids, and possible implications for the fitting of the sound processor of the CI are topics clarified with examples from practice.
