Chapter 7 provides an overview of the different possibilities for classifying and coding non-pathological phenomena according to current classification systems. These include environmental events and other problems that affect the well-being of patients or have an impact on diagnosis, prognosis, course, and therapy. These include, among other things, psychosocial stresses due to domestic violence and/or in connection with upbringing or due to biographical factors or with regard to living conditions and/or economic circumstances.
