The Lorentz invariance of the physical laws leads to a variety of phenomena absent in non-relativistic physics, which is invariant only under Galileo transformations. Almost all the consequences of special relativity contradict our everyday experience, since they manifest themselves only at very high velocities. The contradiction to our everyday experience becomes obvious, in particular, in the formulation of apparent paradoxes, which we analyze and resolve in detail.

摘要

The Lorentz invariance of the physical laws leads to a variety of phenomena absent in non-relativistic physics, which is invariant only under Galileo transformations. Almost all the consequences of special relativity contradict our everyday experience, since they manifest themselves only at very high velocities. The contradiction to our everyday experience becomes obvious, in particular, in the formulation of apparent paradoxes, which we analyze and resolve in detail.
