mHiL Test Bench for the Development of Active Chassis Systems in a Virtual Environment
摘要
For further and new development of active chassis systems, the availability of suitable test rigs is of great importance in the early development phase. The evaluations range from simple tests with passive components to mechanicalhardware- in-the-loop (mHiL) tests on the entire active chassis system. For mHiL tests, the provision of the energy supply, the simulation of tracks, drivers, and vehicle environment as well as the close integration with the test rig is necessary. In this paper, a new servo-hydraulic test rig will be presented, in which mHiL tests for the development of an active chassis system are in the foreground. The structure of the test rig, including its submodules, the simulation environment, as well as the connection with the test rig are presented.
