Large Groups
摘要
The dynamics in small groups can be better understood when compared to the dynamics of large groups. Here, similarities as well as differences can be found. Above all, the different levels of fear are crucial. The affiliation of individuals to different societal and personal large and small groups creates a complex interplay and also a field of tension, which must be understood at least to some extent if one wants to understand the reactions of individuals to their fellow human beings. This also applies to (analytical) psychotherapy in groups.
