Indicators of Resilient Organizations
摘要
Now that the use of a procedural model has put us in the position to assess the resilience or resilience-enabling capacities of companies and organizations, the next step is to develop suitable “pigeonholes” to help us answer a further-reaching question: Which indicators must organizations display in order to be resilient or to be able to act resiliently? To answer this, we need to take a closer look at the concept of resilience and determine where it actually begins. This will allow us to identify individual strategies for achieving it.
