Now that the specification of our resilience dashboard has been completed, the next step is technically implementing it and the subsequent introduction of the new system. However, there are still some important decisions to be made beforehand. These include the question of “make or buy,” i.e., the decision as to whether standard software should be used for the resilience dashboard or whether a customized software solution would be more effective.
