Monday morning in the Emergency Department: A roughly 40-year-old patient was announced by the local city’s physician-manned emergency medical service (EMS) unit following successful prehospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation as follows: Airway (A): intubated, Breathing (B): ventilated, Circulation (C): stable, Disability/Neurology (D): analgosedated. In the telephone physician-to-physician conversation, it was mentioned that the patient’s daughter was Corona positive, but the patient herself was not so far. Both lived in the same household.
