Data Handling and Documentation
摘要
The final chapter gives tips on how to keep track of and control the usually huge amounts of data generated in the experiment from the beginning. This should result in consistent data sets that can be easily analyzed, communicated and shared with others. The authors start pragmatically with the experiment itself, then give tips on data preparation and storage and finally point out the importance of transparency and free availability of data, which are increasingly defining scientific work ethics (FAIR principles).
