The following chapter focuses on a measurement setup for piezoelectric bending transducers. In addition to its functionality, the focus is on some typical measurement tasks and their experimental realisation. The handling of such a measurement setup should be as simple as possible, which can be achieved by developing and implementing a suitable automation concept with regard to the measurement tasks and the requirements that can be derived from them. The measurement setup presented here is only an example and allows the experimental verification of some of the theoretical models and predictions developed in this book regarding the static and dynamic behaviour of piezoelectric bending transducers.
