Yesterday, all looked perfectly peaceful when, literally out of the blue, there was a sudden storm. We grabbed the laundry off the line, bundled the animals into the stables and just managed to secure the watering cans that were already flying about in the garden. As we cast one last glance at the garden around us, a stout branch of one of our peach trees came crashing down right in front of us.
