Each and every year, it is an altogether overwhelming experience when the fruit trees begin to blossom. First come the plum trees, followed by the cherry, the apple and the pear trees, transforming the garden into a resplendent sea of pinks and whites. Bees and bumblebees buzz ceaselessly from blossom to blossom, gathering nectar and, quite literally, taking care of pollination on the fly. The fresh greens of the leaves serve as the perfect contrast to the blossoms.
