Many people may not be aware that school, in particular, is a place of multiple interventions and attempts at influence for the benefit of the students. According to scientific findings from previous project studies, it is not solely about imparting knowledge and learning in the conventional sense, but the personal development of students into self-responsible and self-determined individuals must be the dominant educational goal. This goal can only be achieved through a different, more progressive form of lesson design and ongoing learning and success monitoring as helpful feedback, the results of which the schoolchildren internalize and feel responsible for in the course of “emotional learning.” It is also necessary to see which insights from school operations are to be transformed for adult education.
