Introduction
摘要
Apart from the widespread and general view that creativity diagnostics is essentially impossible and cannot work due to an inherent contradiction, it does occur in psychological diagnostics, such as in occupational aptitude diagnostics. Creativity diagnostics may be both a challenging and sometimes very frustrating matter when we consider the previous science-oriented attempts and concepts. One thing can be stated with certainty: It solely depends on the ambition and sense of reality of the responsible specialists and actors! Many unresolved problems in the practical assessment of creativity are less due to the know-how of personnel managers and experts, but rather in the construct or phenomenon of creativity itself, which possesses very specific characteristics that—unlike in intelligence diagnostics—are difficult to grasp and control through conventional methods in occupational aptitude diagnostics.
