Critical Reflection and Conclusion
摘要
Although clinical personality disorders often pose significant challenges to diagnostics and empiricism, typical behaviors can still be classified subclinically. And usually, these affected individuals face difficulties in dealing with antisocial behavior, even if lesser degrees exist outside of clinical diagnostics. Although there is currently a lack of validated external assessment measures, characteristic behavioral patterns of the Dark Triad can also be classified and assessed using checklists and/or questionnaires. Within the framework of an evidence-based approach, observed behavior can thus be analyzed to some extent and can thereby supplement, substantiate, and/or refute gut feelings, for example, of executives in relation to their employees. This also provides potential starting points at the organizational level to counteract harmful behavior patterns of narcissists, machiavellians, and psychopaths.
