Selected Case Example and Exemplary Brief Analysis of Consulting Practice
摘要
Evidence-based management (EBM) incorporates scientific methods and, where possible, empirical findings to achieve the best possible results and decisions. At the same time, HR managers in practice usually have little evidence-based knowledge. Although there is still a lack of validated external observation inventories in the area of the Dark Triad, actors can be assessed based on checklists and other validated instruments, such as for surveys. The results do not claim to be clinical diagnostics, but serve as an initial classification of characteristic behavior patterns and evidence-based orientation in (economic) psychological counseling with the aim of deriving possible options for intervention and prevention.
