摘要

Leadership through poor supervisory behavior, for example through personality traits of the Dark Triad (narcissism, machiavellianism, and psychopathy) and thus manipulation, pressure, over- or under-demand, lead to significant organizational consequences. At the same time, such individuals usually promote similar behavior based on organizational gravity, thereby creating corresponding power structures that can lead to the resignation and burnout of employees and colleagues. For this reason, it is relevant to familiarize oneself with the behaviors and characteristics of these personalities and to provide enlightenment—combined with the opportunity to be able to preventively counteract negative effects in the company as much as possible.
