Percentile Documentation in Children and Adolescents

In a practical manner, the gender-separated documentation of height, weight, and growth rate by percentiles required for children and adolescents is presented and related to diseases such as growth hormone deficiency, constitutional delay of growth and puberty (CDGP), but also to bone age.
