School and teaching are inconceivable without media. In chemistry lessons, the diversity of media use is particularly large compared to many other subjects. The chapter defines the term “media” and also the term “multimedia” before the diverse media and didactic considerations for use in chemistry lessons are presented using concrete examples. The range extends from “classic” media such as the blackboard and the textbook to “new” media such as animations and webquests, as well as various media in connection with the implementation and presentation of experiments.

摘要

School and teaching are inconceivable without media. In chemistry lessons, the diversity of media use is particularly large compared to many other subjects. The chapter defines the term “media” and also the term “multimedia” before the diverse media and didactic considerations for use in chemistry lessons are presented using concrete examples. The range extends from “classic” media such as the blackboard and the textbook to “new” media such as animations and webquests, as well as various media in connection with the implementation and presentation of experiments.
