Manifolds

Differential manifolds are the basic objects on which geometric structures such as metrics, curvatures and isometries are studied in this book. In essence, these are topological spaces that are locally diffeomorphic to \( \mathbb{R}^{n} \) . They are defined in this chapter together with the associated morphisms.
